• Consulting services are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be allowed with 24-hour notice.

• Subscription services can be canceled after the initial required period (as defined at the time of sale) at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

If you enroll in a subscription-based service, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least ten (10) days before the next billing date.

You can cancel via email to support@katiedunn.com, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
